Returns
Should you have any complaints or are not satisfied with the product, you may return your order for up to 14 days if it meets the requirements found on this page. Upon receipt of the return, the purchase price will be credited to your account within 14 business days.
Important: Return shipping costs are always for consumers and will not be reimbursed by the seller (Velara). Since we ship directly through our supplier, our return address is currently in China. Sending the package back to China can cost around $25.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to use the product, we reserve the right to pass this depreciation of the product to you or not accept the return request. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.
Easy returns in 3 simple steps
Step 1: Send us an e-mail at support@uvfits.com within 24 hours of your order being delivered.
Try to be as detailed as possible in the email, some important points:
1. Why do you want to exchange or return the package?
2. Attach photos for clarification.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the department store address in the form. Be sure to provide the package with a track & trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the cost of the return and we do not want any misunderstandings. Email the track & trace code to support@uvfits.com so that your order can be tracked by us at all times.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.
Upon receipt of the return, the purchase amount will be deposited into your account within 14 days.
The following goods are excluded from the right of return:
- Custom-made goods.
- Consumables such as lamps, batteries, various types of gel, and liquids.
- Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons such as earplugs, headsets, underwear, and swimwear.
- Opened cosmetics and personal care products.
- Items that are damaged or incomplete, this include items with missing packaging.
Please note: returns to China can have costs of up to $35 per package and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee placed by the carrier.
Cancellations
Order cancellations will only be accepted within 48 hours of the order being placed and a full refund will be issued to your payment method.
Please keep in mind we will do our best to cancel an order by request, even if 48 hours have passed. However, in the event, that our supplier has already shipped out your order and they are unable to cancel the delivery of the order, we will need to reject the cancellation request.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds for sale items.
We reserve the right to issue either a partial refund or a full refund on your order if one of the following scenarios occurs:
a. Your order has not been delivered yet after 30 days of it being placed. There must be proof of failed delivery on the 17track.net tracking page including the tracking number assigned to the order in issue.
b. One or more of the products arrived damaged. We will request a photo to verify the factory damage with our supplier before we issue a full refund for the product in issue.
c. Your order has been lost, or it was sent to the wrong address.
Please note that refunds for any of the scenarios mentioned or any other scenarios are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to issue a full or partial refund as a resolution. We do not issue refunds for sale items or discounted items.
Note: Discounted items (also known as "sale items") or items purchased under the offer "Buy 1, Get 1 30% OFF" do not qualify for refunds.
Chargeback Policy
1. By making a purchase from our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update and change these terms and conditions at any time.
2. All customers confirm they have read and agree to our terms and conditions before making a purchase.
3. If a chargeback is placed, Velara has evidence that the customer has agreed to our terms and conditions. This evidence will be used during any dispute case.
